Well I would think the hearing is going to call fault but who has lined there pockets are accused and up for fines seems to be mostly at first marathon former brokers and management they controled to much Cartaway stock. The company should continue on, as a visual report on base metal drilling is in text books as not much to go on for grade, we need some geologist types to make sense of what has been found it is a huge mineral area with small amounts of drilling done so far. As for the negative hype it has been there for years know and CWA had a nice run last September. I recall the shooting down of Cartaway was worst just before Bre-X then Fraud got a new meaning.
