The mention was that the IDB acquisition was not yet closed, but in the very final stages. This was part of a message to shareholders which said thanks for support through their tech problems, and some other news regarding their positive position on strategic acquisitons, etc.

I'm sure all this will be public real soon...

Count me in as one of the fortunate ones today.I also had a chance to view the site.
My first impression was BRAVO BRAVO.I was also impressed with the speed and content that I was able to glean while I had the chance.
