In a perverse way, this is good in that now we will all see, in a public forum, exactly who has what.

Did you ask DAY why their own press release was misleading?

As to your last line that if DAY wins they will get all of MDIN Chile properties, get real. If never heard of such bs in my life. If DAY wins (which I highly doubt), IMHO there will be a court order for monetary damages. Im not sure where your settlement theory comes from, except maybe DAY fantasy world. GG

Ancil, my how we have grown articulate lately, and quite one to have the strings to talk with Dayton...Hmmmmmm

Anyway my point being, should Medinah win I'm sure they will own Dayton's properties as settlement...
