I realize Luc isn't as callous and shallow as he appears in print; a lot of that impression necessarily comes from posting his opinions rapidly and in an uncensored manner. He frequently has valuable opinions (and I value contrary opinion, since it often points out flaws in my own reasoning) - but that particular post had too much of a gleeful edge to it to sit well with me. I'm also probably harder on him than need be. But then again, I'm often accused of being arrogant or worse, when I'm simply being to the point and confident. I've got a pretty thick skin, and I know our boy LT does, too. Please pardon my kneejerk response if it was, indeed, an over-reaction.
