thanks phone # greatly appreciated. your right, my post was a big guess but in defense i said im inclined to believe. i just didnt want give the impression of or to pass off info. as fact when i have not personally verified yet. unfortunately im not at all familiar with wv engineering firms but i will be interested in finding out how reputable they are, how well known, and what other projects they have undertaken. was hoping for a website, much better at reading than talking. thanks again for the info. cliff.
