We can only be reasonably certain of three things: 1) Avant! will eventually get hit with large (how large?) civil penalties. 2) Hsu and his cohorts will most likely be convicted (overwhelming evidence). 3) The stock will go lower. In the meantime remember that Avant management is crooked and therefore unpredictable - so the stock can move all over the map in the short term. There are also institutional investors such as Amerindo who have absolutely no ethical problem investing in this outlaw organization.
