Still doing DD. I used metacrawler to search for keywords "Millennium Bug Kit". Lots of hits and lots of competition it turns out(!). Some of these competitors do have FAQs and I'm learning a lot about this market. Seriously, I had no idea there was so much interest in Y2K fixes for PCs.

Howel Consulting Inc. sells their product (exact same name, "Millennium Bug Kit") for $44.95:
fix2000bug.com

Millennium Wizard:
dspace.dial.pipex.com

Millennium 2000 Software Solutions is the maker of "2000 Wizard":
firstgalaxy.com

All of this DD is reminding me of a visit I once had to an Amway meeting. They talk about their tiers and their marketing and their worldwide presence. At one point the speaker addressed the skeptics in the audience by saying something like, "You may not understand all this, but we're going to do a billion dollars in business this year anyway." Translation: For me, I not sure if I really understand how tens-of-thousands of these MBKs are going to be sold, but it appears that Planet City is not alone in thinking that there will be a lot of customers.
