Hey Martin, question for you.

Considering what has happened to this stock in value, and what possibly might happen, would a person be better off selling now at a loss for tax purposes or keep waiting? If this company does in fact go defunct, is it possible for the stock to become worthless and not even be able to sell the stock? Could a person still take the loss on taxes for value that was paid if cannot sell?

Just wondering and trying to plan. Not worried at this point in time on how much I have lost or could have saved if sold earlier. But I do want to secure a tax loss for income tax purposes and want to make sure that I secure that opportunity.

Thanks if you or anyone else can help.
