I stole the "I don't mean that in a bad way" from a really great comedian named Dom Ibarra. (I hope I spelled it correctly.) I saw him for the first time live at a club in L.A., he came on with a very thick Italian accent and did the whole show that way. He made me laugh till I was in pain. At the end, he started speaking in his regular voice, otherwise I would have never known. If you ever get a chance to see him, pay the money.
