So let's see. 1 million times $1.50 is $1.5 million, and lets assume Zitel keeps all of it. Got to pay overhead, employees, etc., and even in the best situation, you can pocket 50 percent after paying those costs. Thus, even assuming a fifty percent profit margin, this contract is at most worth $750K to Zitel's bottom line. Not bad, but not enough to turn this thing around. Need about 10 to 15 more just like it.
