IMHO, SDRC was oversold! Too many positive developments recently for SDRC to stay this low. I am looking for a good rebound this week.

Any comment?

<< size of the Visteon deal ($) >>
$ 4+ million is the number I think I heard.
At the tail end of the PR are statements about the size of this company.
Impressive.
What hurts is the $ numbers weren't in the PR.
SD always offers approval to client before issuing PR, so Visteon may not have wanted $s mentioned.

And the company wasn't a household name. That hurt too.
I suppose some impact because it wasn't GM too.
And yes, this is the "Big" deal we were told to expect.
(we've gotten too used to multi-million $ deals)

Stock buy-back:
Not just noise.
Was mentioned in call.
Mentioned as a consideration for the coming weeks.
Feeling is, the upcoming board meeting will consider it.
The board has considered it in the past. My feeling is that it will happen.
No idea how much.
My guess would be $50 million.
That would be enough to commit to 10% of outstanding shares at current prices or slightly higher and would still leave enough cash to do another acquisition, imo.
C-call play-back is at 888.56630647 until 8am eastern time.

Hope this helps.
Also in call, $130 million in cash... about $4 per share.
