Who is HK Boner? The piece of garbage that sent this intimidation crap is doing a play on words, as in HK(for HK Elrod),(you made a) Boner(mistake) . I trust our thread enough to know nobody is falling for this as legit. Again, that is not to say someday somebody won't sue somebody else. But again, this ain't it. TG

David, A question. You said that HK didn't recieve a letter from that attorney. My question would be not about what was recieved. Is the letter from CSMA's attorney Dan Jackson to Global Project Funding a Legitimate letter? Dave

HELLO DAVID...... Hello TG & KZAP...I leave you guys alone for a month maybe, and you are all out trying to shoot each other. Thank you David for posting the few posts that you have. Here is some of my Not Usually So Humble Opinion...But whatthe heck! First off, if the posters who posted last week regarding possible illegal activities, are still around, and the co. has a copy of their posts, I would certainly hope that they would go after those people in question legally, if in fact they are just trying to use scare tactics. I am not there, so I don't really know. But I do know, with the co. only selling air-fresheners, and trying to get other areas of business going, there is not much $$$$ around to build a garage, no less than a million dollar home. But, as always, I could be wrong.... Second, I just finished reading the letters from the "Attorney".....Thank you Dave for checking that out. But Folks....Let me put it this way....If the letter is real, and once again, I do not have it, then please remind me never to hire them.....First off, though I would hope it isn't truly his name, and if so, I APOLOGIZE in advance.....But didn't anyone think it suspicious that his name was HK Boner......Notice that it is close to "HK" Elrod...Second, what kind of business threatens to go on the internet and tell...This is not the usual type of letter back to an attorney. Third, As far as MM....Wellllllll, maybe KZAP did make him irate. Now, everyone do your own DD once again, and check out some of my last posts a while back. KZAP might anger people at times, but usually because he's seeking out info...BUT, I said the same thing a while ago when MM just kind of snickered when I asked questions, and poooo'd me. I remember that well...Any there is no reason to be hostile whatsoever with a shareholder. He gets the big bucks in his office in Irvine to do just that, period. Maybe hang up if necessary, or cut it short, but not that kind of talk to someone who owns a piece of the company that you work for....Sorry guys...MM is no saint..When I spoke with him, he could have cared less that I owned stock, just that I was bothering him, and he had better things to do...It was only when I called him up on it, did his tone turn a little nicer....Cause I live in Irvine too, and I'm not going to take that garbage from him....But, I wouldn't sell my stock because of it...SOOOOOOOOO Now that I have that in the open....As I have been absent for a while, and will probably not post too often anymore, due to my own changes in my environment...I hope things simmer down soon.... Meanwhile, everyone take care. And for those who have kept on trying to share what info they could get, I appreciate it. Have a good one Gin
