Patrick...I know why the request was made... But I briefly saw some complaints about that on another internet message board and since it was the end of the day I didn't have time to research what the complaints were about...I don't spend time there or here because I basically trust this company (buy and hold basically) so I didn't check out what it was they were complaining about...I think the investors here are savvy enough to ask if you folks found anything, for lack of a better word "disturbing" about the filing...My first impression was 'no big deal' and 'stock split', but nothing to "worry" about. On further analysis it was probably shorts worrying the announcement of a split will burn their fur - which it will. Thanks, George
