I may be a contrarian by nature, as I didn't feel disapointed with the
just released earnings. With INPR/BORL I never looked at the EPS as I
believe the revenues and cash flow are the important issues for such a
(software) company. The rev. are slightly below the 50MM mark but, if
it weren't for the temporary and external factor of Japan's recession
this important barrier would have been easily overcome. Another factor I was looking for in the report (and conference call) was the
impact of the Visigenic acquisition/merger. It appears that this was
indeed very beneficial move for the company. It appears that this
move has helped to keep the company afloat. Considering how much money Visigenic was loosing prior to its being acquired, it appears that Del has been successful at turning it around. If it weren't for
this acquisition BORL would have been in a dire situation, right now as far as earnings are concerned. Again, I see the fingerprints of a turnabout artist (Del) and I don't mind any further acquisitions to be carried out by Del as necessary. I do see a good future for INPR.

Ghassan.
