Blowing smoke, hmmm.. Seems to me, I asked the TRIBY bulls about HIV prospects, and the concensus of those who had talked with TRIBY mgmt and/or had taken part in the conference call were saying not this year. I had thought & written on a number of occasions that in order for this stock to move significantly, it would take a catalyst. EPS growth in the order of what was projected by the DLJ analyst would have beeen one. FDA Uni-Gold HIV approval was the other key one.

The possibility of Uni-Gold THIS year shedds new light on the issue.
Scott (yes, I CAN see the positives in this company, which is why I continue to hang around. Stocks I have written off I don't waste my time on)

Here are a few facts for you greg. The CDC has been working behind the scenes for awhile to get the FDA to change policy. This was evidenced by the article published by the CDC back in March about the need for quicker and more testing, which was posted here. However, your comments about the CDC endorsing Trinity is simply not true. ( Neither by the way have they said anything negative about the product.) First the CDC is interested in as many companies as possible having HIV tests approved as their goal is simply increased testing. Second, as of this week the CDC has not even tested the Trinity product. They would not talk specifically about the product before such tests had been concluded. They will test at some point but it has not taken place yet. But hey, don't let the facts get in the way of a good story. ( And as I have said before get your own sources as I have done)
