Joe: Looking back, we see that had coms bought USRX at this moment, it could be done with 1B, and coms could have been at 30B market cap right now. Comparing with paying 8B to create a 10B market cap combined company as it is now, the investment is indeed very poor. We should send Eric to AOL, DELL, or for that matter even to MSFT and INTC to learn how to create value! At the very least, those CEO's all know, for example, how to sell short their stocks (by buying puts or selling calls) in time and then offer negative opinion about their future quarters. Then they switch sides. They are the best of timing the business of all sorts.

One more misstep and coms is out of the radar screen.
