Good luck to you David. I think you've gone over the edge.

I never said Yahoo! was worthless. I said that it was overpriced. I believe that it is even more overpriced. I did learn the lesson that it is more reliable to short worthless garbage like Solv Ex than a company that has a future, even if the future is incorrectly discounted.

See you at .02,

Barb

Gee David,

Do you think they'll cover the SOLV hearing in Congress on C-SPAN?

You sir, have an inflated view of our government. First, all of us together don't have the money required to move the government. Second, there is nothing to investigate! The SEC didn't cause this!
SOLV did it! If you've been told the SEC investigation is holding up Congress, then you've been fed a line by some staffer who wants to get rid of you. I hope you aren't too disappointed when the 'hearings' don't happen Dave.

Do you honestly believe the SEC is part of your conspiracy? What did they have to gain? I suppose Pete D. from N. Mexico is really gearing up to address your concerns on the floor of the House eh?

Oh, notice that the SEC is going to impose fines on JR and Herbie - guess what - you won't see any of the money - I say this just in case you think they are going to cut you a check from the fine money they will ultimately collect.

Now that the inevitable has occurred, I'm still waiting for the short sellers to be hauled in.

Oh yea. How about those 3 million shares ole JR created to raise money. Isn't 3 million shares the exact amount of the short position that was bantered about here? I wonder if there is a connection??
I might add that SOLV (read JR) had no right (legal or otherwise) to create those shares. Fine them? I think they should be jailed!
