Zeev, I have been told that only market makers can short these low priced stocks. Who would be shorting?

Zeev, you are of course presenting the worst case scenario. I present to you a prior post written by HCM in which he discussed this very matter with the company. Here is HCM's post - #reply-4767479- Reprinted in full below:

I stand corrected! the stock I was refering to was part of a private placement. I spoke with the Co. a few minutes ago regarding the BE Aero pref stock and the answer I got was...(not verbatim)..we have a good relationship with BE Aero and feel we will redeem or otherwise eliminate the possible harmful effects of the "toxic" nature of the shares

Zeev I also would like to remind you and others that IELSF has a core group of supporters who have stayed the course with this company for a good number of years. Let me also remind you that Harrah's is the controlling shareholder of IELSF. Harrah's I understand from reading the various gaming threads is a pretty big outfit.

So while you contrariously present your glass half empty scenario, I prefer one where the glass is half full. I must give you full credit however for your acuity in predicting the direction of the share price.

best wishes
