Yes, I realized Canadians could short, but didn't realize US citizens could short through Canadian brokers.

Zeev, The stock I saw registered in the latest filing statement was not the B/EA Class A preference stock, it was the stock from another private placement. Am I misreading something here? Also your statement that there is no cash in the till is erroneous.
