When did I predict Dow 4000?

If you really believe what you do, you should definitely pull your money out of the market. It's all rigged against you.

An interesting aspect of the SEC complaint is the ongoing appeal of the Bankruptcy Judge McFeeley order barring SEC sharing Solv-Ex trade secrets. This was upheld by District Court and I do not believe any action has been taken by appeals court in Denver. In the earlier appeal SEC stated numerous times about their inability to share information with some unnamed foreigner (a.k.a. cigarette smoking man) they could not complete their investigation. Solv-ex has extended substantial resources to protect their assets. Does the SEC by issuing the complaint say to the courts "just kidding" in our arguments?

Got a message from another investor who called the Denver SEC office and they faxed the 21-page complaint. Second generation faxes do not OCR well. This also is true of the statement that Solv-Ex sent by fax denying wrong doing and uses the court system to vindicate them. When I get better copies I'll scan and post.
