Mr. McNair,

Thank you for you support.

I sense that there is a thought out there that Unitec is struggling to get and finance business. It is true that financing larger projects (more than $1,000,000) is challenging at times, but here is a statistic that should put things into perspective:

At then end of our second quarter (May 31), there were 15 projects on the go at Unitec. Only two of them were over $1,000,000.

We want to tackle the large projects because they are challenging, and more importantly, very profitable for the Company. But the smaller projects, because of the volume, generate the normal course of business positive cash flows. Some of these smaller projects are additions to existing larger projects, and some are stand alone.

I expect that the gains we are presently seeing will continue, and that we will start to internally generate working capital sufficient to finance some very large projects.

Regards,
Howard
