where is the upside to NAVR other than a distributer?

The benefit could be a one time dividend larger than it's current market cap? They would still own ~50% of a company that would have way more value as an independent entity(in the current market) - hence they gain one time income but don't lose anything on their own entity. They would still have CDPOINT and SoftwarePoint. Their revenues are still growing, even W/O netradio. Their relationships are expanding as we chat, competitors are dropping.

At any rate, I think you will admit that it isn't exactly a "no-brainer short :-)
