Alien, Why should he pay 10. He bought it from the high 5's to 6 7/8 the day before the upgrade. Not knowing if the price would drop much he kept buying the next day. Now after the price drop he has been buying again in the high 6's and low 7's. Would you be supporting the stock at 10 if you could be loading the boat at 7? 3 points times millions of shares is a lot of money regardless of the buy out price. PW is playing it smart. Why pay more now when he can pay less and have much greater profits once the buy out is announced?
