Hi John,

I NEVER would have known you were Canadian by your posts! :)

Don't know how they say it in Canada, but here it's "sock it to her."
There must be some sad life experiences when a person is SO suspicious of everyone. Apparently you are now the target and are due for some very lengthy posts. Hope you have your reading glasses on, or is that "specks" in Canada? :)

I have to agree someone is looking to make some "quick cash" on NVID.
For all stockholders, I wish NVID good luck in the future. I do believe that current management is not living on their "good looks".

E X C E L L E N T post, John. You can take over for a while.

P.S. Hi, Cindy :)

Best wishes,
Norma

Dear John: :-)

Your welcome and thank you for response. Thoughtful also.

After researching your links, don't think I was confused at all.
My statement stands.

I believe incorrect again. Your post to Bill Cleveland filled with references dating back to 1996. All came from post dated August 17, 1996 back in the Klenovic/Bunte era. Stuck in the dark ages. Only one related to the present and it was taken out of context.
Kerry Goodson has always been a believer in NVID. He admitted on this thread he was duped by M & K., and he has been bashed about on this thread, but as a private shareholder he is like us all, in hoping NVID succeeds. It seems many resent his enthusiasm for this company and he was also listed in a post making it look like he was an employee of the company. Was not so and to my knowledge is not so now. Again desperation by a naysayer. By the quotes you have stated, it is apparent to me that you are on a witch hunt, just my own opinion and others can make up their own mind. That poster has been long gone from here and stated his reasons for same. Otherwise, why do you bring up something he said so long, long, ago and reference things that happened two years ago. There has been another poster to this thread that alluded to your thinking. Should I begin to start thinking in the terms of a conspiracy evolving here. That is about the only thing that has not been alluded to on this thread, don't you think so?

My statement regarding Mike Redden and Dave Larson was factually correct also. Dave Larson was appointed Vice President of Sales of NVID's subsidiary Aqua Bio Technologies in "JULY, 1996" (same Klenovic/Bunte era). After their arrest, both resigned. Craig Sheffield was appointed President. In early June Craig Sheffied resigned for personal reasons and Dave Larson and Mike Redden became President and Vice-President of Sales respectively. I do believe there is a difference in titles and eras. NVID was also released in June by the Courts to continue with their business. This defeated the agenda of killing this company and was considered to be the new beginning of NVID and Mike and Dave set forth to clean up the messes they inherited and bring this company back into compliance. Happy to say they accomplished that and I know that most of the shareholders thank them for persevering and getting the job done successfully.

I know that you were not implying Dave was involved No, he nor Mike were ever mentioned in the SEC pleadings. In that regard, Andrew Arata was never charged as a perpetrator either but there were those on this thread that tried to say he was. He was a relief defendant, which means nothing more than he had assets in his name (house) and for some reason he was released from that also by Court Order signed by Judge Adams. Think it involved a promissory note to NVID, which indicated to me he was not given a house for free or any other freebies. Just because the SEC by their pleadings said they found such and such in their investigation does not make all the statements in a pleading factual. It is the basis for a lawsuit. That is what hearings and trials are for. To ferret out the facts. Evidently a Federal Judge ruled in favor of NVID for a reason don't you think? In June, 1997 when NVID was given that asset by the Court it is my understanding it was sold to help pay off debts of NVID and to keep the doors open. Some on this thread tried to vilify Arata and that was totally uncalled for but when you are desperate to kill a company, what else do you do, but attack everyone in, near and around it which was done (reference Post #1923) Derek Allen tried continually to implicate Mike Redden and Dave Larson as trying to get their hands on the assets of NVID for their own purposes, which was far from the truth, <IMHO>

Thanks for explaining the ???. Take a look at Post #2317 dated September 25, 1997 wherein you stated, "I think that what will probably happen is that the management of the company will continue to plug away, while paying themselves salaries using NVID's money. When the money runs out, the company, being unable to raise any more money will be forced to fold. This will not take long. If we're lucky NVID may become a shell and maybe after being dormant for a few years, the shell will be brought out in a reverse take over, and then NVID (although not Axen) will rise again. Wow! And when it does Cindy and Derek will be there!" Tells it all. You answered your own questions, it seems and yes the NVID story is not over, but hopefully soon the SEC agreement will be released and Mike and Dave will be able to inform the public what has transpired in the interim. NVID has prevailed thus far (to some's dismay) and Mike and Dave have focused on the real business of ionization (which is their expertise) and from what Tumon posted about RMS, looks like the possibilities are there to succeed. If hard works has anything to do with its success, we shareholders have no worry, I would say. There is still much to do regarding RMS, but Mike and Dave are not quitters and it will happen and will be done correctly. The past is the past and why there are those that want to hang on to it is beyond me. GIVE US STOCKHOLDERS AND NVID A BREAK. Time will tell and the facts have been on our side thus far. We all know there are still struggles for NVID, but I believe it might happen. I am in FTEL,(which is in the tank right now, but I am a believer that in the long run it will be a winner for me ) The more I have researched this the more of a believer I have become. Do you consider that hype? Like you, I have a good memory too......

Yes, did misunderstand your comment, my apology. After going back and reading her response which included the word "Idiots" was no doubt.
There are so many nonsensical threads being started I was not aware of that thread. The FNB parody has seemed to invade SI and many want to get in on their act, it seems.

Well thanks for clearing up the Canadian issue, LOL
I have some relatives living in Canada and agree it is a common trait.

Your question: Are you kidding again, with all the hoopla on this thread and the publicity in the Sarasota paper which was posted all over SI. Word of mouth spreads like wildfire when their is a fight on a stock thread and some of the posters take it to other threads In my opinion, this thread has it all, libel, invasion of privacy, defamation of character, lightheartedness, vengeance, vendettas, anger, hostility, angels, you name it. You don't think that draws the public to a stock name. I don't think there is any sudden interest in this company. It has been going on now for over a year and a half. The stock volume and price has gone up and down, up and down. Daytraders invade stocks and are gone. Then there are the MM stories and the brokers trading among themselves, the bid and ask spread, etc., etc., Someone always wants to blame somebody or something if they are invested in a stock, it goes up and then tanks. Hyping and pump and dumper stories are common. The person to blame is themselves for investing. Nobody writes that check but them, nor twists their arms. Most investors are gamblers by nature. One must accept responsibility for their own decisions. Win or lose. The warning to not put money in a stock that you can't afford to lose falls on many deaf ears. Too many are looking for those ten, twenty up to a hundred baggers and they rarely materialize. If you don't listen you have to feel. Mostly in the pocketbook, sadly.

Canadian broker comment: Was a possibility. They are all over SI under pseudonyms I am told. Like Fred Stalls said, you learn to trust no one. Hey, but I trust me.

Question to you. If you have followed since post #390, then you missed the post that was quoted most on this thread, like #360, the beginning of all this. How did you find NVID? Through a thread or a friend possibly? At the beginning in September, it was apparent I think to all what your reason for posting was and to which side you aligned yourself with. The non-investor group. Certainly your right, indeed no question about that. It is my belief the investors will prevail.

Regards,
n(Naomi)haynes

P.S. to Norma. And I thought we were friends, dog gone it. Guess I was wrong for once. How devastating that is..... Why can't we all be friends and
get along.....please. Naomi haynes
