Victor, that's in the U.S., not in Mexico, which is where TGSK distributes their watercraft. No affect whatsoever, except maybe to attract watercraft buffs to Mexico more often. E.H.F.

Are you talking about Mexico? I have heard that through out the US there may be areas that are limiting their use. The fact is they only represent 4% of TGSK's sales. They aren't going to be banned all together and I suspect Mexico is more lenient than the U.S. This is a minuscule problem for TGSK and I believe Colin all ready addressed this in one of the conference calls. Nice Try.

Additionally, that is only in some states. I know because Washington State is one of them. The local news article also said that it was a proposal and not a done deal, and that in the future they (the fors and againsts) would work out some mutual deal. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT TGSK ONE BIT! E.H.F.
