Hi Sandra,

As you are aware, I did a little searching on toys in June too get a jump on this Christmas' hot toys. I am looking at YESS and have taken a small position in the stock. The company is hanging on for now. They were run into the ground by the previous mgmt. The new manager specializes in sprucing companies up for future sale. YESS has also hired Gruntal and Co to seek ways to enhance shareholder value. Last week, YESS announced the settlement of shareholder lawsuits (resulted from previous mgmt mis-mgmt). It appears that the company it taking all the necessary steps to clean things up.

YESS currently owns the rights to market Teddy Ruxpin and accessories. The New Teddy Ruxpin will be reintroduced as an interactive toy for this Christmas with new stories, software and accessories. The kicker is that YESS has signed a deal with the Reading is Fundamental program. Teddy will be the "spokesperson" for the program's PSAs coming up soon.

YESS is an interesting play but involves plenty or risk. KNIC .... I am not to familiar with ...... but can look real quick !!
