Hey Ho Silver -- As usual you puff our your chest and try to take the moral high road, even though (as usual) you get several key facts wrong:

For the record:

1) You state I am Israeli. I am not.
2) You refer to me as a "young lady." The Vietnam war was in full swing when I finished college. If that's not clear enough, well, I started as an analyst on Wall Street in 1979 -- two decades ago -- and it wasn't my first career.
3) You say you have not heard from anyone in Pharmos that they will make no more financing deals involving stock or dilution of the company."
a) I never said they would make no financings that might cause dilution., simply that they would do no more with hedge funds like Castle Creek because the cash flow coming in from Alrex/Lotemax
would attract a better lender
b) just because *you* didn't "hear" doesn't mean that others of us don't have enough nickels to pay for long-distance calls to the company.
4) You say that taking you on is a "mistake." Agreed, your additions to the thread are not worth my time. You often get facts wrong -- i.e., saying the warrants from the February S-3 would be immediately convertible when that's not the case. And are always trying to round people up for some action and I know from private posts sent to me that I was not the only one to get ingratiating e-mails, only to find that all the information/help offered so willingly ended up minutes later here or on Yahoo in some kind of diatribe against management or another poster.
5) You must be crazy if you think companies routinely submit financing proposals to their shareholders.

Since I'm quite in control of my own faculties and mindful to do the best by my significant investment in PARS, I will simply stop reading your posts.

Hoping you do not cough up the entry fee to SI after your trial is over.

P.S. Oh, and by the way, I've posted three other stock trades on SI
in the past couple of weeks. I sold my VITX for a 59.5& gain in 23 trading days (yup, even started the SI thread on that one); rode EGGS from 19 to 28 in two days; and currently have size in FNTN. And, for the record, I'm still a buyer of PARS.
