PS. You have not seen my complaint to the NASD and SEC about AWLT have you. I think you would (will) find out who is behind it also!
You would be surprised at who bought 1 million shares on the cheap side and placed them in a brokerage firm in Canada and proceeded to dump (So I believe they dumped them)them. Yes it's a former RMIL naysayer and investment banker from New Jersey. AWLT denies it, but the Investm, ent banker told me on the telephone that he in fact bought the shares and I had a witness on the whole conversation. The person wanted me to hype and pump AWLT to RMIl shareholders. I said no thanks and sold my shares at a slight loss and advised others to get out as it may be a big scam or possible fraud.

Thanks for the message about AWLT.

Maybe you guys can check out the SI moniker Gidget (gables@world net.at.com). He called me several times last year and claimed that he and his partner had bought 1 million shares of AWLT from the company in a private deal and the shares were shipped to their (Gidget) brokerage account in Canada (Gidget) lives in New Jersey. Gidget then tried to put me in direct contact with the CEO and President at the time after I started posting on SI about AWLT and how the stock action and company story sounded good. Also in the telephone conversations, Gidget claimed that he also knew of Dempsey Mork (Admitted OTC short seller) in CA, and how he operates and shorts OTC stocks into terminal shorts. I refused to make this type of possible illegal (I believe that Gidget may have been trying to get me to pump and hype AWLT for his and others gain) contact with insiders and began to smell a possible scam and or shareholder fraud being committed by AWLT insiders or people closely related to their operations. I sold my shares for a loss or break even and moved on. I have continued to monitor AWLT.

Later, when I asked AWLT company representative on SI about the private placement that Gidget had claimed. The AWLT rep. said it was false, and they had no idea what I was taking about, nor ever heard of Gidget. This was the warning bells for me. I am trying to find those messages on SI.

Talk : $5 and Under: AWLT wines and gourmet food - "Italy Direct"
Started By: Gidget
Date: Aug 26 1997 1:32PM ET AWLT - Araldica Wineries Ltd. - is an undervalued, growing company with a recent mid-year earnings report that indicates it should be trading at twice its current $.30 per share, not counting some acquisitions that should increase earnings by year's end. It seems pretty well rounded, with a 4% direct mail response rate for specialty wines, and national three-tier distribution channels in place for its gourmet Italian products (olive oils, pasta, etc.). Anyone else know anything about this company?
