What I was trying to point out was if there is no growth this qtr. that means it might be another couple of qtr before they can actually book them. When you are on fixed bid, company's quarterly reports and your project phases may be totally out of sync. Specially for CMND who seem to be changing their business model.

So even if there is no growth this quarter, and if share price weakens because of that, I would still buy at some point because of cash per share that will put some kind of bottom. If there is no revenue growth, I would like to see what kind of contracts the company has won to get a feel for the picture going forward. In all of this, you are hoping that CMND management has learned to communicate a bit better. For example, after last CC, I would have expected this qtrs earning projections by analyst to be down considerably from where they were left. Basically forcing the company to issue a news release that they are not going to meet analyst projections.
