Larry, Mu not doing as bad as one might expect on a day like today.<g> SOXX down 13 pts for a 5% drop. MU only down 1 with 3.6% drop. MU volume still relatively low at 1.3mil shares. Greenspan is a character...seems to be having a good time talking down the market.<g> DavidG

Larry, MU down 7/8 to 27. That seems like a decisive drop below the 200DMA. Low volume of 2.9Mil shares. Seems like we are heading down for a while. SOXX also beat up down almost 8 pts and also about 3%. I think we have to stop Greenspan from going to the Sadie Hawkins dances he seems to have too much to say about the stock market.<g> *OT* Rowan and Schlumberger are starting to look real interesting. Micron sell signal came up at the close on the 16th of July, and would have been in play on the 17th if the price broke 29.25, the low of the 16th. Mike

Larry, The Micron chart showing the recent sell signal is at cyberpages.com The signals come up at the end of the day. I have marked a few of them, and the rule I use is to go in if the price breaks the low for a short, or the high for a long. I judge the signal a success if you can put a stop in place and make a few points ...ie not loose.
