Your rule has stuck in my head ever since you mentioned it. I'm seeing prices around $57 now and watching closely. When this has happened in the past, LLTC has traded lower for several months. You watch the company closely, what is your take on possible price fluctuation over the next while?

Stuart.

PG and Thread, just FYI I'm long LLTC now, intending to be holding for the long term.

Some more on LLTC history, hope it's useful: When the '96 slump hit (I don't remeber it other than having read about it), the stock peaked out in February 96. At the announcement of record results in April 96, the stock was down already (just like now) and continued to fall until it bottomed 3 months later in July at about the time of the next results announcement. In this, a negative 10% sequential growth in revenue was announced. After that, LLTC continued to post another 2 quarters of about flat revenues thru 12/96 until a 5% sequential growth in rev was achieved for 03/97. Meanwhile the stock ignored the co. flat performance and continued to climb from July 96 all the way back and more.

Does anybody remember what management guidance was when they announced results in April 96? A faint hope only, I know, but this would be helpful.

Of course, I guess every cycle is different, but Management has demonstrated in the past that they have a firm grip. Also this co. has zero debt. I'm positive.

Good luck to all,
Thomas
