Hi Bruce, With interest rates as low as they are, I'm surprised that some of the mid - small caps aren't starting to float some convertible bonds and lock up cheap money for long term. Maybe it's because everyone still thinks interest rates will fall further.

Come to think of it, maybe this would be an early indicator of a flattening or reversal of interest rates. If everyone started thinking that what's available was as good as it would get, wouldn't they all start to float bonds? It might be something for us to watch!
