I'm less familiar with Cerprobe than I am with EGLS, which probably explains part of the difference: EGLS has a better PR/investor relations effort. EGLS has also been making acquisitions and diversifying lately, which may both explain some of the losses and give them a compelling story for Wall Street.

Without knowing more about Cerprobe, I can't say for sure, but it sounds like you may have found exactly the kind of value play that my original note suggested.
