I didn't know that you can't fax a document without a phone number.
I hope that you're right there.

But that brings up some interesting questions:

1. If the fax machine vendor wants everyone to comply, then why do they allow turning off the phone number in the header as an option?

2.Why can we make a voice call and activate call blocking to defeat caller ID on the other side?
