To all - I think another "myth" is being created and perpetuated right here (for no apparent reason) -- that Qualcomm management often answers "stupid" questions from Wall Street "analysts" in a "short" manner.

I know "short" (as used here) does not mean "not at length," but one thing I found surprising (and a bit funny) about the Motorola conference calls was -- they actually announced, just as the Q & A session was about to begin, something like "only one question per person, and no add-on questions either." (And then everyone, like obedient school children, actually cooperates with Motorola's "rules.")

Irwin Jacobs & Co. seem willing to endlessly "indulge" the most wind-baggy of questioners, quite graciously, I think.
