Steve: I worked on the implementation side of the SAP business 94 - 96 and IMO that same type of sentiment was expressed every time there was a new version of R/3 coming out. Those in the midst of an implementation have a sizable investment modeling their business processes / SAP configuration and changing midstream would add cost and delay their "go live" date. Not to over simplify, but it's kind of like the enterprise wide version of why rush out to install Win98, unless there is some specific benefit in doing so. SK
