ZDTV Signs Distribution Agreement With Cox Communications

SAN FRANCISCO, July 22 /PRNewswire/ -- ZDTV, an affiliate of Ziff-Davis
(NYSE:ZD), today announced that it has signed a national affiliation
agreement for carriage with Cox Communications (NYSE:COX). By leveraging this
agreement, ZDTV intends to build distribution partnerships with individual Cox
cable systems.
ZDTV, the new 24-hour television channel devoted to computing and the
Internet, will be offered on Cox Digital TV in the company's Connecticut and
Rhode Island television systems beginning July 29th. This agreement will
allow Cox to distribute ZDTV on its systems nationwide.
