Here Benny, something to give you a little more comfort. The toll free # for Nat City is 1-888-622-4932. I just got off the phonewith a customer rep. And this gal knew about CKFR very well. And knew about Integrion too. They are very content and comfortable with the relationship they have with Integrion and CKFR. She is also aware of MSFDC, and said she really didn't have much to say about them(my bet was that she knew more than she would say, but such is business). She also reported to me that since they rolled it out in may they have had over 3,000 accounts signed up for bill pay. Very overwhelming she said, and they have added to their customer support for net banking as a result. Hey "New ones come as the old ones go..." maybe they give a few banks the boot and invite some of these others to join the alliance.
