First buy at the ask and the ask jumps 2 cents. OK, I'll shut up!

for the new investors out there
what does this stock have to offer

intranet- in conjunction with Seimens has developed a high speed video capable intranet to link mutual funds to the institutions and investors that buy them.
in fact- i called michael sheppard once and he told me that customers were waiting for the site to be operational
they can also set up a customisable intranet for any company that wants one

internet- as u can see yesterday the internet site was up briefly yesterday and it looked impressive with portfolio, charting, quotes, news by sector etc..but will continue to grow since the video links and mutual fund links were not active yet
a company was already advertising on their site so revenues are already coming in
quote info by S&P

paging- fntn is almost finished aquiring idb, a financial paging company, this will really enhance value for customers who can now leave their computer without fear of missing the latest financial information

telecom- fntn is a full telco which can offer international, long distance and local calls and have been deriving revenues from this part of the business for a while. they plan to offer lower rates to
their customers. their strategic partner is Worldcom
they will also offer isdn lines to their customers to enable them to use the video links on their internet site

the old site...www.fntn.com has their old press releases
looking for the new site soon
only 16 mil shares for a total market cap of only around $22mil

now if u own this stock would u sell it for a mere $1.5
if u are looking to get in don't u think that $1.5 would be a great bargain
think about it...more comments coming up

shares total= 16 million
shares in float= 11 million
closing price 1.45
market cap 23.2 million

look at that closely....a market cap of only 23.2 million in a hot sector..
this company only lost .05 last quarter deriving only revenues from its telecom division and now its ready to launch its internet and intranet products and maybe a paging product soon and also more telecom revenues from its customers..
compare this market cap to those internet companies that are not even making profits or revenues yet...look at the broadcast.com IPO..
what would this company IPO at it it did now
remember this was a $6 company at one point
revenues with high margin profits coming soon, how much would u pay for an internet company that is profitable and with only 16million shares....

think about it
more to come

to the new people viewing the thread...
this was once a around 5-6 dollar company around two years ago that slowly sunk because people realized that the product would take more than a year before it came out so the original holders sold and the mm's shorted all the way down to .13 which is when the first "wave" occured from .13 to .55, then in april the 2nd "wave occured from .23 to .94, now i think the 3rd "wave" is occuring from .63 to ??? this time fueled by an actual web site and product.....

although i am not a chartist i'm sure that there are some people who could explain the possible stock price outcome on this surge.
looking at it from a newbie perspective i see a quadruple each of the two previous waves...and each of those were fueled by no product...now the product is coming online and there will be earnings...
i think this wave has just begun

more later
