Perhaps you could give a phone number so that this can be verified.

Dowman:

I've followed your spirited discussions with greg. I think it's obvious to everyone that your inputs are based more in [apparent] fact while greg's are based more on emotion. I will not deny, however, that greg's observation about insider buying cannot be ignored. As Peter Lynch said, [paraphrasing]

"there's a thousand reasons why an insider will sell stock -- he wants to refinish his kitchen, tuition payments are due, a porche would be nice, he thinks the stock will depreciate in value. However, there's only one reason why an insider will buy stock: He thinks the stock will appreciate in value."

By the way.

I remain confused about something - your reluctance to reveal "sources". If this forum were a competitive environment like a news organization or a commercial enterprise where "sources" could be considered as intangible assets, I would understand. Presumably, there is no such context here. (?) Putting it another way, I do not see how revealing your sources would reduce any benefit to you; i.e., diminish the return on your hard work. You deserve credit for your resourcefulness and industry; however, unless there is reason other than "I don't like greg so I won't reveal sources to the forum", I remain bewildered.

There's a piece of the puzzle that's missing.

FYI....Since January 1997, the AIDS Information Center (AIC) and USAID have been operating three AIDS testing sites in Uganda that provide same- day results. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) researchers found that by using a combination of two rapid tests, Cambridge Diagnostics' Capillus agglutination test and Trinity Biotech's SeroCard colloidal gold assay, sensitivity and specificity levels could reach 100 percent.

But now they are saying two tests are not needed.
