After reviewing the insider activity list at Yahoo, as suggested, I'm guessing that some of the old timers at ZAP don't like what Mr. Glazer is doing with the company and are selling some if not all of their shares.

IMHO, that is understandable when a company is going through the change that ZAP is.

What is more important, again, IMHO, is that the Glazer's are putting their money where their mouths are, IE: Buying shares on the open market.
