Off-Topic (GCHI) The company's relatively low valuation and PE compared to the rest of the market was a major factor in choosing this company for an investment. Also at the time the pending highway bill and building boom would insure a strong market for cement. The stock got a boost when the highway bill passed. I believe all the cement they can produce for the year is already sold. It's not an internet stock but basic supply and demand plus good valuation makes for a winning combination. So why are you interested????
