Synopsis of conversation with Jerry: Doug: Type of products: Soft Plastics--Tube, Tupperware type containers, etc. Debbie: Virus shield: Some parts can be re-used and some parts expendable. Yes, they are looking for other contracts, and this one is NOT verified yet. May be later this week. Pendretti: 1-No real answer to Boston Medical and Heritage. 2-Jerry claims no knowledge of having hired Genesis 3-No projected revenues as of this point as Pinnacle negotiating contracts and Jerry doesn't know exactly what they are up to. 4-No answer 5- Total Shares-6.3 million Float-4.1 Million Brokerage has 800,000 144 shares in their possession 6-Audited Finacials-Unknown as they are being done by China firm--Maybe this month Web site designed by Jerry's son. Told him it needs updating as information regarding projected sales and earnings were incorrect and misleading. Jerry agreed. Said son took numbers from previous releases. Didn't bother getting phone #'s of contactee's as this appears to be a moot point at this time. Never got firm answer about April 20 release. Jerry said contracts could not be verified until BLHG took control of company this past July 1. Monitor plant still in negotiations--Jerry said it is available and BLHG has to make decision. Have a party working directly with Jerry in China now. All in all....hmmmmm --GARY--
