Are Big Dog's puppies crying 'cause their pump and dump scheme isn't working so well any more? Quit whining children! Ain't The First Amendment great! (and those SEC Laws regarding manipulation of stocks) sec.gov Violations relate to manipulating market prices of securities; A common type of investigation involves the inquiry into market fluctuations in particular stocks which do not appear to result from general market trends or from known developments affecting the issuing company.
