Long conversation with Gruenbaum...I appreciated his spending so much time with me. While we were talking the phone was extremely busy, we kept getting interupted, while he talked with F. Yip in the factory in China and Mang Pin who runs the factory, and Pinnacle, etc. etc.

Due to the time difference between China and here, juggling meetings and coordinating conversations is more difficult. Tonight there is a meeting where the finite details of the charge for the audited financials should be pinned down. Lloyd Wade (a shareholder of BLHG who has 800,000 shares) has accepted this new CPA firm that Jerry has chosen.

Jerry will be issuing a release this week clarifying the confustion over the $50 mill contracts which he agrees was a mistake, and a learning process for them. The information came from Pinnacle, who is their negotiator, he did check on it, but... Anyway, he will clarify this in the release.

They expect to have in hand the contracts from Boston Med and SE Food "momentarily". The factory is currently producing pens, containers and magnetic holders from contracts. All sales have been since July 1st, when they took over the factory.

Jerry will be back in China and Europe next week. He works closely with his student (Jerry used to be a professor) who speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and English and who is back and forth in China for BLHG.

it is clear that Jerry is committed, straitforward and highly energetic. He was also decisive, demanding faxes, proof, etc. which I could hear in the background each time he had to take another call.

The Asian crisis "thing" does not affect BLHG in the slightest. China's economy is booming, he says, with modern cars on the street and multi-billion dollar industries in full swing.

I will undoubtedly average down here, I think.

In addition, Lloyd Wade confirmed to me that BLHG is current in their pmts on the factory, that they have revs already, that they raised monies from the original 504, that their will be a secondary offering which will further dilute but only by a mere 1 mill. With 6.3 mill OS and 4.1 mill in the float, this is no big deal, imho.
