OK, even though I didn't grab 6969 (there's a joke there somewhere), I'll answer your VIAS question, which was very cutely worded, by the way.

Paraphrasing: you're wondering why the VIAS stock price is going South just after they announced that the State of Arizona contracted with them for OnMark2000, which will be used to remediate 30,000 PCs.

My opinion ... this contract won't show up in revenues until next quarter. The annual earnings report is due out in early August. Since VIAS shareholders have been burned recently by less than stellar results, I think everybody is waiting for the other shoe to drop. If this quarter's numbers are good, a recovery will ensue.

If not, maybe some stockholders will sue.
