I am not "getting tips" on Trinity or any other company . I said my source is private, not that the topics I have talked about are "private information". I have talked about public policy questions regarding testing and issues involved in the approval process. And by the way, the CDC is not in any way connected to the FDA approval process. They certainly can and do express their opinions on issues of public health, but they do not vote on any approvals. The information I have mentioned is available in many places, and anyone who utilizes only the company involved is not doing proper DD. The answer to a question not asked is not "private information", but simply lack of due diligence. Now why don't you call the companies mentioned and ask about an HIV2 license. I know greg will not because he might learn something he does not want to hear

Gov't sources speak frequently off the record - probably three reference a day to such conversations in the morning's paper from a major market. How often do we hear both parties complaining and using "leaks"? FYI Scott <<Am I to understand that your associates at government agencies, in spite of the sensitive nature of their work and access to confidential information and, in spite of the serious legal consequences of divulging such information, would risk their jobs, their family's welfare, fines and prison terms to give you tips on Trinity Biotech?>>
