OFF TOPIC: Toma, I am will aware of what Florida will look like after global warming. Central Florida will be an island and I will indeed have ocean view property.

I used to live in Jupiter, Fl, 5 miles from the ocean. I was about 2 feet above sea level. Hurricanes were a worrisome event. I feel much safer but hotter inland.

Colleen in touristy Orlando, (they were definitely out driving this morning on my way to work, played dodge em cars.)

And what do we know from these millions of years of data? The earth got colder, hotter, colder, hotter etc. And, man wasn't even around to participate. Just 25 years ago we were warned of global winter by the same people now warning of global warming.

It is amazing how data can be manipulated to confuse.

I heard the forest guardians on the radio today claiming that cattle grazing causes forest fires. The cows eat all of the grass and when a fire starts, the only thing left to burn is the trees. That is to imply that if the grass was still there only the grass would burn and not the trees.
Sign me up for Al Gore's next science class. In the mean time, someone explain to me the difference between a clear-cut and a forest fire.
