Bloomberg reports Hambrecht & Quist raises Qcom to buy from hold. 'This year and next should be strong growth years for CDMA,'' said Eric Zimits, an analyst at Hambrecht & Quist, who raised his rating on the stock to ''buy'' from ''hold.'' 10:58 a.m. EDT The morning chart looks like the stock took Viagra. Best thing so far is that the price dropped a few minutes go to where it was up well under four and has firmed above 4 up. The question is whether this is new buyers and a broader shareholder base or whether the shorts were closing their positions.
