Pick up a copy of the Boston Sunday Globe dated 7/5/98. Vacancy rates on page one of the Real Estate section.

Can you prove the value of Dannies Land. Is their some assessed value? Is their access off the Interstate?

Can you tell me which Real estate agent is handling the discussions on the sale?
